    SAMPLE MEAL PLAN

    Meal 1 :

    4-6 eggs, veggies , 10-15 almonds

    ​

    Meal 2:

    1/2 cup of plain fat yogurt
    1/3 cup of blueberries

    Meal 3:

    5-8 oz lean beef
    Veggies
    3oz sweet potatoes

    Meal 4:

    6-8 oz of chicken
    1/2 avocados
    On a salad of spinach and mixed greens

    Meal 5

    5-8 oz of salmon
    1/3 brown rice
    Asparagus

    Meal 6:

    6-8 oz of turkey
    1/3 cup of quinoa
    Brocoli
